NEW CREATIONS
MB & F - Horological Machine n° 2-SV
Thanks to the sapphire case, the richness of this timepiece’s
349-component movement is revealed in all its crystalline purity. The
construction of the Horological Machine N° 2-SV is an amazing feat
considering its complex 3-dimensional architecture and the extreme
hardness of the sapphire, a very difficult material to work with. It
has pushed back the very limits of technology, an achievement that only
the movement can rival. It is, in fact, the only mechanical movement in
the world to offer an instantaneous jumping hour, concentric retrograde
minutes, a retrograde date, a double-hemisphere moon phase, and
automatic winding. The patented asymmetrically-toothed gear-trains used
for the jumping hours and retrograde minutes guarantee a remarkable
level of precision and performance and use very little energy. Limited
series of 25.

LONGINES - PrimaLuna
A variation designed around the lustre of steel and the warmth of
pink gold for the new PrimaLuna from Longines. The delicate contrasts
of the materials are echoed by a mother-of-pearl, white or silvered
dial, which becomes truly radiant when decorated with diamonds, as if
to better reflect the brilliance of the watch. Harmonious and elegant
and offered in a variety of sizes with different movements and
bracelets, the PrimaLuna captures the diversity of the contemporary
woman. Promising rich, secret moments, this composition of sweet
harmony is an invitation to dream.

MARVIN - Malton 160 Round
Marvin has drawn on its 160-year-old history and launched the
first series of an icon collection, the Malton 160 Round. The name
Malton dates back to 1906 when the brand introduced an exclusive
collection that went on to achieve international fame. Derived from the
powerful soul of its timeless watchmaking codes, the Malton is now
offered in variations constructed around four movements housed in a
beautifully understated, supremely elegant case that strikes a subtle
balance between the upstrokes and downstrokes. Created by two geniuses
in their respective fields - designer Sébastien Perret and watchmaker
Jean-François Ruchonnet – the Malton 160 will be a talking point for
years to come!

BULGARI - Octo Bi-Retro Steel Ceramic
Powered by a manufactory-made movement, this sporty model has been
designed for intensive living. A large window at 12 o’clock shows the
jumping hours, the retrograde minute hand travels over a 210° arc,
while the retrograde date is shown on a 180° arc at the bottom of the
dial. At the same time, the studs on the bezel make it easier to read
the intermediary minutes in their separate 10-minute segments.

CERTINA - DS First Lady Ceramic
In tribute to today’s women, the DS First Lady Ceramic combines a
strong character with undeniable charm. Perfectly in tune with its
time, it displays subtle contrasts between a bezel with black ceramic
inserts and a beautiful pink PVD-covered case that highlights the
superbly-crafted pyramidal hourmarkers.

ORIS - Col Moschin Limited Edition
The Col Moschin Italian Special Forces tested a vital tool on
their challenging training missions: the Col Moschin Limited Edition
from Oris. These elite troops wore this new instrument, with its
ProDiver base, on their parachute jumps from 9,000 metres and their
dives to 40 metres. And when tested on marches and missions in hostile
territory, it successfully met every challenge. Anti-magnetic
properties guarantee precision in the air, while water-resistance is
ensured down to 1,000 metres. The patented “Rotation Safety System”
provides an additional element of security under water, while the
titanium case with its tungsten ring provides total resistance in all
circumstances. Limited edition of 2,000.

BULGARI - Serpenti
A contemporary reinterpretation of an iconic model, the Serpenti
has the stature of a goldsmith’s masterpiece. Entirely hand-made, the
legendary Tubogas bracelet developed by Bvlgari in the 1950’s coils
around the wrist, suggesting the strength of a snake, the symbol of
eternal youth and immortality.

LONGINES - Les Elégantes de Longines 2010
Influenced by the Art Deco movement, the 1920’s witnessed a small
feminine revolution: corsets disappeared, waists were freed and women
liberated. Inspired by the boldness of the Roaring Twenties, Les
Elégantes de Longines 2010 are offered in tonneau, rectangular and
almond-shaped versions to better honour the brand’s authentic
manufactory-made movement from the 1970’s. This precious trio is
limited to ten pieces each.

CAMEL ACTIVE - Aviator Chrono
Retro-modern in inspiration, the Aviator Chrono reflects the
workwear style of the industrial age, just like Camel Active’s entire
Homebound Discovery collection. The high performance of a quartz
chronograph movement tested to a depth of 100 metres, the ruggedness of
a large 46 mm case with a brushed finish for a vintage look, and the
virile bracelet with its characteristic rivets all add up to a timeless
design. The Aviator Chrono has everything you need to conquer time in
both extreme and everyday conditions.

Mondaine revisits a classic of the genre with this new hunter
model. A time accessory that is as indispensable as it is enduring,
this pocket-watch will enthral design buffs who do not want to wear a
wristwatch. By pressing on the crown, the brushed-steel cover will
automatically open to reveal the dial under a convex mineral glass.
Both traditional and trendy, this model demonstrates the ability of
Mondaine to unite the past and present. Delivered in a red genuine
leather case.
